Take Ginger for Migraines

  • Mix one-eighth of a teaspoon of powdered ginger in water

  • Drink it and see if your migraine lessens or disappears within a half hour

Sticking to an eighth of a teaspoon can be up to 3,000 times cheaper than any drug and you’ll be less likely to suffer the potential side effects of prescription drugs.
